IC 434 Horsehead Nebula

The Horsehead Nebula (also known as Barnard 33) is a small dark nebula in the constellation Orion. The nebula is located just to the south of Alnitak,
the easternmost star of Orion's Belt, and is part of the much larger Orion Molecular Cloud Complex. It appears within the southern region of the dense dust cloud known as Lynds 1630,
along the edge of the much larger, active star-forming H II region called IC 434

It took a lot of patience to see the end of this work , because of inclement weather of the end of December
One of the objects that generate in me a sense of mystery , of infinity , of perpetuity , of truth , of creation and life.
Ic 434 is the most interesting feature of a huge region of gas and dust situated 1.600 light years away in the Orion costellation. It is a dark globule of dust and non-luminous gas, obscuring the light coming from the moderately bright nebula ic434 behind it. The red glow of ic 434 originates from ionized hydrogen gas. The bright blush reflection nebula near the horsehead is ngc 2023. The ‘streamers’ visible in the brighter region appear to outflowing matter, funneled by a strong magnetic field.
